Deciding to enlist the help of their friend, Elfric, the champions head to his settlement where they discover a thief has been pillaging food and other resources from the town supply. Blame is immediately put on a group of ex-bandits, but after Clairbold, the leader of the reformed bandits, declares innocence, the party make it their mission to find the real culprit.
